Coffee & Philosophy
(branding)
A beginner coffee shop, a startup
Mission: to promote the philosophy of Minimalism and the idea of developing spirituality around the world.
The goal: to unite people striving for spiritual development within the framework of cozy coffee shops and reading rooms.
Target Audience: people 18+ (children's content was not provided at the initial stage, but then it is possible to develop a scientific worldview in children)
What is "Coffeum & Cogitatium"?
The main goal was to create the visual language of the coffee shop - since it is a new brand on the market (startup), it was necessary to think of a unique visual language from scratch that conveys the full depth and feature of “Coffeum & Cogitatium”
As a result, after analyzing all the input data, we decided to focus on associations - we immediately added 2 components to the logo: coffee and cognition. Thus, we immediately give our potential customers an understanding that we are more than a coffee shop.
Using mockups, we show that this is a coffee shop, a reading room, and a platform for open discussions and interactions
The main font of the brand: the MetaPro family, which perfectly expresses the philosophy of our coffee shop
It's not just a coffee shop
This is thinking
This slogan briefly contains the main idea of the Coffeum & Cogitatium coffee house - the brand offers you not only, and not even so much, coffee as a way of thinking.
When visiting a coffee shop, you will be offered to give up your worries for a while and, taking a cup of fine coffee, visit wonderful reading rooms, be alone with yourself and your favorite literature or discuss your idea /scientific work with other visitors of the coffee shop
“In any case, no matter what goal you pursue when visiting our coffee shop, we believe that our customers, like us, are passionate about intellectual and spiritual life, and, for our part, we will do everything to turn Coffeum & Cogitatium into a real platform for such people to interact.
We want to change the world for the better, starting with ourselves — join us!”
